LCI boosts capacity with new facility and technology upgrade

Lanka Corrugated Industries Ltd (LCI) is advancing its operations with a significant upgrade in capacity and technology at a new facility in Millaniya, Bandaragama, said a release. This 10-acre site will feature advanced equipment from China and Europe, including a corrugator line capable of producing 4,000 metric tons of packaging per month. The company, which has been a key player in Sri Lanka’s packaging sector for over 20 years, recently appointed Bannet Gamalath as Managing Director to lead its growth strategy. LCI aims to provide innovative and sustainable packaging solutions while strengthening partnerships with key manufacturers to enhance its market position.
